  • First of all, take 100 ml. of coconut oil in a boiling pan.
  • Now add 2 tablespoon of fenugreek seed into coconut oil.
  • Put the boiling pan on gas stove and heat the oil on medium flame.
  • When fenugreek seeds become deep brown, remove the boiling pan from gas stove and leave it to cool.
  • After coming on room temperature filter the oil and keep the filtered oil in a container.
  • Now your nice homemade hair massage is ready to use.



Method of application.



  • You can apply this nice home treatment daily at night before going to bed. Apply this scalp massage oil properly on scalp.
  • Take some prepared oil in a glass bowl and apply on scalp with the help of your fingertips. You can apply it on full length of hair from root to ends if you are suffering with dry or rough hair problem also.
  • Give a gentle massage on scalp for 3 to 4 minutes and leave.
  • Now put on a shower cap and leave the application for minimum one hour or you can leave the application for overnight and rinse your hair with lukewarm water and shampoo your hair using a mild shampoo.


Apply this hair massage regularly for few weeks, this is a very nice homemade treatment to make your hair healthy and strong. This home treatment is also very effective if you have any scalp infection. Also, useful treatment to make hairs strong. It makes root hair strong and with regular application you can prevent your hair fall or hair loss problem.
