Itchy scalp, dry scalp, oily scalp & dandruff home treatment

Itchy scalp, more oilier scalp, dandruff or dry scalp are some very common scalps problem. Improper care of hair regularly is the main reason of these problems. Some hair care products which contain some harsh chemicals are also a cause of these problems with regular hair fall or hair loss also. In this post of organic hair care we will learn about making a nice hair mask at home to prevent these problems and to make our hair soft, silky and shiny.

Follow the steps below.

  • First of all, take 1/2 cup of yogurt in a glass bowl.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice into it.
  • Add 2 tablespoon of raw honey into it.
  • Now mix all the ingredients well to become a fine and smooth paste. You are done and your nice hair mask to remove dandruff is ready to apply.



Method of application

  • Always remember applying this nice treatment on clean and dry hair. So first of all, wash your hair and dry properly.
  • Now apply the prepared hair mask on full length of hair and deep up to the scalp, using your fingers.
  • Now give a gentle massage on scalp using fingertips for minimum 5 minutes and comb your hair using a wide tooth comb to spread the application on all hair shafts.
  • Now put on a shower cap and leave the application on your hair for minimum one hour.
  • Now rinse your hair properly with cold hair thoroughly and shampoo your hair using a mild shampoo.


Apply this home treatment twice in a week to get good result. This is a nice homemade treatment to make your healthy. This treatment is very useful to get rid of itchy scalp problem also. It will remove extra oil from your scalp and also cure the oily scalp problem. With regular application it will remove all the dandruff from your hair. It will also make your hair silkier and shinier.
