  • First of all, take 3 tablespoon of olive oil in a glass bowl.
  • Now add 3 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice into it.
  • Also add 3 tablespoons of rose water into it.
  • Now mix all the ingredients well to become smooth. You are done now, and your nice homemade scalp massage is ready to apply.




Method of application


  • You can apply this nice home treatment before taking your shower. Remember to apply it on damp scalp. So first damp your scalp and apply this mixture on scalp, using your fingertips and give a gentle massage on scalp for 2 to 4 minutes during application.
  • Now leave the application on scalp for minimum 15 to 20 minutes and rinse your hair and shampoo.




It is recommended that take a balance diet for your good hair growth and to protect your hair with any disorder. As I said before that poor diet is also a reason of this itchy scalp problem.
