Hair loss or (alopecia) is a well-known hair disorder. There are so many causes of this disorder like heredity, hormonal imbalance, some medical condition or normal part of aging. Use of different types of hair shampoo, coloring of hairs and experiment of different types of products to maintain hair beauty is also a cause of dry hair, rough hair and hair loss. These synthetic products may contain harsh chemicals which can destroy the hair. More heat on hair is also a cause of hair damage and hair loss. More use of heating instruments to make straight or curl your hair is not good. It makes hair shaft weak, and you get loss of natural shine of hair. In this post of homemade hair care we will learn how we can make a nice hair mask to get rid of with hair loss problem. We will use nigella seed which are also known as onion seed, black mustard seed and fenugreek seed to make this hair mask. These are common ingredients which are available in every kitchen.

Method of preparation

First of all, take 2 tablespoons full of Nigella seeds in a clean glass bowl. Now add 2 tablespoons full of black mustard seed in it. Add 2 tablespoon full of fenugreek seed also. Now wash properly these seeds adding some clean water. Finally add some clean water in the bowl and leave the seeds for overnight or for minimum 8 hours, to properly soak water.

After that filter it and keep the filtered water in another bowl for further process. Now transfer all seeds in a mixture grinder add some filtered water from another bowl and make its fine and smooth paste. Use filtered water to control consistency. Make the paste of medium consistency not too runny otherwise it will create problem at the time of application. Now transfer the paste in a clean bowl and you are done your hair mask is ready to apply.

Method of application

First of all, wash your hairs with shampoo and dry well. On your dried hair you can apply this homemade hair mask using a brush or using your fingertips. So, start to apply from scalp, roots of hair and full length of hairs. When application completed, cover your hairs with a shower cap and relax leave it for about one hour.

Now wash your hairs with a normal water and a mild shampoo. Remember not to use warm water. Use this organic hair mask minimum twice in a week to get good result. this is a very effective hair mask to boost your hair growth. All the ingredients of this hair mask contain essential nutrients which support to get healthy hairs. First of all, take one cup of yogurt in a clean glass bowl. Now add 2 tablespoon of lemon juice in it. Finally add two tablespoon of honey in it and mix all the ingredients and make a smooth paste. Leave the mixture for 5 minutes. You are done now, and your nice hair mask is ready to apply.

Method of application

First of all, wash your hair properly and dry them well. Now apply the hair mask on your full hair length starting from root. You can apply this hair care product using a brush or using your fingertips. When applied on full length of hair from root, put on a shower cap and leave the application for about 45 minutes. Now wash your hair with a mild shampoo.

This a very nice homemade hair mask to get rid of with your dandruff problem. Apply this treatment twice in a week to get better result. In this organic product lemon juice maintain pH of your hair, Yogurt give your hair nourishment and repair your hair and condition hairs. Honey also plays a great role in this mask with combination of yogurt. It nourishes, moisturize, condition and reduce the dandruff problem.
