Make your hair lustrous & shiny homemade hair mask

In this post of organic hair care we will learn about making of one more very effective hair mask which we can apply on our hair to get lustrous and shiny hair. It will also make our hair shaft strong and repair the hair breakage. We will use banana, olive oil and lemon to make this hair mask which are easily available in our home. You can make this hair mask using these steps.

Follow the steps below.

  • First of all, take one big size well ripe banana and mash it well or make its fine paste using a blender.
  • Now take this banana paste in a glass bowl.
  • Now add 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice into it.
  • Also add 1 teaspoon of olive oil into it.
  • Now mix the ingredients well to become a fine and smooth paste. You are done and your nice homemade hair mask is ready for application. You can increase the the quantity according to your requirement but remember the ingredients ratio.


Method of application

  • Remember to apply this hair mask on wet or damp hair to get nice result. So first of all damp your hair and apply this nice, prepared hair mask on full length of hair and deep up to the scalp.
  • Give a gentle massage on scalp using your fingertips for minimum 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Now put on a shower cap and leave the application on your hair for minimum 30 minutes and rinse your hair with lukewarm water followed by cool water and shampoo your hair.



Apply this home treatment 2 or 3 days in a week. This is a nice hair nourishing and hydrating hair mask. If you apply this hair mask regularly it will give your hair a new life. It will convert your dull or lifeless hair into lustrous and shiny.
