We use different types of hair styling products which may leave a thin film on hair, if we don't clean and wash our hair properly and regularly. One more reason is atmospheric pollution which can make our hair dull and rough, if not properly treated. In both conditions there is loss of hair moisture and loss of hair shine. In this post of homemade remedies and hair care, we will learn about a very simple home treatment to get rid of with this problem.

Follow the steps below.
  • First of all, take 2 tablespoon of sour cream in a glass bowl.
  • Now add 2 tablespoons of fresh yogurt into it.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil into it also.
  • Finally mix all the ingredients well to become smooth. Now you are done, and your nice product is ready to apply.

Method of application
  • Always apply this hair mask on wet or damp hair for good result. So first of all, clean and damp your hair.
  • Now apply this homemade hair mask on full length of your hair and deep up to the scalp, with the help of your fingertips.
  • Now put on a shower cap and leave the application on your hair for minimum 30 minutes and wash your hair with lukewarm water, followed by cool water and shampoo your hair.

Apply this nice routine hair treatment minimum twice in a week. This also a nice treatment for itchy, dry and more oily scalp problem. If you apply this homemade hair mask regularly, it will recover moisture loss of hair and will bring back the natural hair shine. Lactic acid present in yogurt removes impurities from hair shaft and scalp which makes it clean and clear. Milk fat recover the moisture and you get silky and shiny hair with regular application.
