There are so many reasons that are responsible for dry hair and sun damaged hair problem. The hair becomes rough and lost their moisture, softness and shine. Washing with hard water, over exposure with heat or over exposure in sunlight also cause dry hair and could damage hair. There are so many hair care products are available in the market to get rid of with this problem but in this post, I am telling you a very nice diy home hair care and treatment to protect your hairs with sun damage or dry hair problem. Regular care and natural home treatment are best to get healthy shiny hair and to stop hair loss.

Now follow this home treatment

  • In this treatment we will use honey which is a nice natural moisturizer.
  • First of all, clean your hair well with water.
  • Take about 1/2 cup of raw honey in a glass bowl.
  • Add 2 tablespoon of olive oil and mix well.
  • Now on damp hair apply raw honey on full length of hair and in scalp.
  • With the help of your fingertips massage scalp gently with this raw honey.
  • Now leave the application for minimum 30 minutes.
  • Rinse your hairs with lukewarm water and shampoo.
For severe sun damaged hair problem
  • Take about 1/2 cup of raw honey in a glass bowl.
  • Add 2 tablespoon of almond oil.
  • Add 2 tablespoon of fresh avocado pulp.
  • Now mix all the ingredients well to become smooth.
  • Now on clean and damp hair apply this nice homemade hair mask on full length of hairs and inside scalp.
  • Putting some paste on fingertips massage gently inside scalp.
  • Now put a shower cap and leave the application for 30 minutes.
  • Now rinse your hairs with lukewarm water and shampoo.
These two home treatments are very fine to get rid of with dry hair or sun damaged hair problem. Use this home treatment once in a week. It will give you soft and shiny healthy hairs. It will repair the damaged hairs, prevent hair loss and increase hair growth also.
